ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to customer.

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 20 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly. We ask that the damaged product is shipped back. Once received, if a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Domestic Shipping:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We ship with USPS UPS and DHL.

International Shipping:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipped with USPS which normally takes 7-14 business days. For all international shipments, your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT, which are applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. Busy Bees Candles is not responsible for these charges.
